Registering on SupperPH is quick and free. Go to supperph.com/register, fill in your full name, email address, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth, then create a strong password. Tick the Terms and Conditions checkbox, click "Create My SupperPH Account," and verify your email or mobile number. The whole process takes under three minutes. You must be 21 years old or above to register.
SupperPH strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 years in line with Philippine PAGCOR regulations. We conduct identity verification checks during registration and before processing any withdrawal. If we find that an account holder is underage, the account will be immediately suspended.
KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal. To complete it, log in to SupperPH, go to Account Settings, and upload a clear photo of a valid Philippine government-issued ID and a selfie holding that ID. Accepted IDs include:
- Philippine Passport
- Driver's License
- SSS, GSIS, or PhilHealth ID
- UMID Card

No. SupperPH allows only one account per person. Creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses is a breach of our Terms and Conditions. Deposits
Log in to your SupperPH account and click "Cashier" or "Deposit." Select GCash as your payment method, enter the amount you want to deposit in Philippine Peso (₱), and follow the on-screen instructions to authorise the payment via the GCash app or web portal. GCash deposits on SupperPH are processed instantly in most cases.

Withdrawals
To withdraw from SupperPH, log in to your account and go to the Cashier, then select "Withdraw." Choose your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, Maya, bank transfer, etc.), enter the amount in Philippine Peso (₱), and confirm the request. Make sure your KYC verification is complete before your first withdrawal. Processing times vary by method — GCash and Maya are typically within a few hours, while bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

A SupperPH withdrawal may be declined for several reasons:
- Your KYC verification is incomplete or pending approval
