Once data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymised in line with industry best practices.

8. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Some of SupperPH's technical infrastructure and service providers may be located outside the Philippines. Where your data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place — such as contractual data protection clauses — to maintain the same level of protection required by the Philippine Data Privacy Act.

9. Children's Privacy

SupperPH is strictly an adult platform. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will immediately delete that information and close the associated account.
