If you're having trouble accessing your SupperPH account, don't panic — it happens to the best of us. Here are the most common reasons a login attempt fails and how to fix each one:
- Wrong password — Double-check that caps lock is off and you're using the correct password. If you've forgotten it, use the "Forgot password?" link on this page.
- Wrong email address — You may have registered with a different email. Try your secondary email or your mobile number instead.
- Account not verified — If you never clicked the verification link sent to your email when you registered, your account may still be inactive. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the SupperPH verification email.
- Account temporarily locked — After several consecutive failed login attempts, SupperPH temporarily locks the account as a security measure. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or contact our support team.
- Self-exclusion active — If you requested a self-exclusion or cooling-off period, your account will be restricted for that duration.
How to Reset Your SupperPH Password

On the SupperPH login page, click the "Forgot password?" link just above the Login button.
Enter Your Registered Email or Mobile
Type the email address or Philippine mobile number linked to your SupperPH account. Then click "Send Reset Link."
Check Your Email or SMS
You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive in your inbox.
Create a New Password
Click the reset link and choose a new strong password. Make sure it's at least 8 characters with a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols.
Log In with Your New Password
